Nando's - Southampton

We placed an online order for delivery through deliveroo. After waiting almost an hour and a half, the food arrived cold and some items were burnt. It was a letdown compared to our previous enjoyable dining experiences at the restaurant.

I had a great experience at this Nando's. They were quick to provide allergy information and were able to answer our questions promptly. The service was fast and the food was delicious. They took allergies seriously and handled the food carefully. The staff were friendly and attentive. The restaurant and toilets were clean. I will definitely be returning.

I'm not a huge fan of Nando's because I find it can be inconsistent, but this restaurant was really good. I ordered a quarter chicken with fries and corn. The food was hot and tasty, and the chips were crispy. The service was quick and friendly, making it an overall pleasant experience. This is definitely one of the better Nando's locations I've been to.

Our group of 6 was badly let down by a nearby business, and, being a Saturday night near Christmas, we didn't have much hope of fidning somewhere. Nandos had us sorted. We were welcomed by a lovely team and were accomodated brilliantly. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful (shoutout Jenny! , and the food was superb and exactly what was needed. As with all Nandos, the meal by itself is small unless sides are ordered, but the overall experience here was superb and we shall return very very soon!

Had a lovely time, was regularly checked up on by a guy called Sam with glasses who was really sweet and considerate. Thank you for a comfortable time.
