Kick Ass Burrito - Southampton

The burritos at this restaurant are amazing, with a kick to them. There may be a bit too many tomatoes, but overall they are very tasty. I hope this place doesn't close because we love it so much and would definitely return for more of their delicious burritos.

I have to admit, I was unsure what to order at this restaurant for the first time. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious burrito I ordered with chicken tinga, and my partner enjoyed the barbacoa beef. We both really enjoyed our meals and will definitely be ordering from here again.

We ordered a burrito with nachos. The delivery took way too long, about an hour, which was unacceptable. The nachos that came as a side were not tasty at all. However, the burritos were delicious, generously portioned, and satisfying! I would recommend this place, but be prepared for a long wait.

My husband and I ordered a meal deal each at this restaurant, but we were extremely disappointed with what we received. The meal deal was not cheap, yet my husband and I each received only half a burrito wrap and 3 individual tortilla chips. When I called the restaurant to express my dissatisfaction, I was informed that 3 tortilla chips was the standard portion for the meal deal and they were not willing to accommodate us in any way. I questioned the manager about the discrepancy between the advertised meal deal on Deliveroo, which showed a generous portion of tortilla chips and a larger wrap, and the actual portion we received, but the manager could not provide a satisfactory explanation. Needless to say, we will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

This restaurant has a lot of potential but there are two things that need to be addressed. First, the nachos could use more cheese and toppings, and remember to upgrade when someone has paid for it. Second, the burritos need more flavor. The packaging and delivery time are excellent, with hot and delicious floury wraps. These two minor changes could really elevate the business.
