Kachina - Southampton

We had a great time. we had the buffet. everything was delicious and the waitress was very friendly. would definitely recommend it.

We have been loyal customers to this restaurant/collection for many years and saw that it changed the hands a few times, but recently the quality of the food has changed, I remember telling me about the previous owner, it would change the hands again. sadly, the new owners do not continue to have the excellent standard of food we know and love. the first thing that was tonight was that they forgot one of our courts, so they had to call and come back to collect that. the noodles burned, but were not crispy, they had like a smokey aroma for them, so maybe woollen oil was too hot I am not sure, but were not pleasant. the yung chow fried rice had a soggy texture, and we didn't eat it. but the satay huh, kung po and my suppe were good. I really hope this was only a bad night, but will think twice about the order of them in the future.

I brought my old daughter to the tasty bite here, we had the buffet option and loved that huhn satay so much we had extras. it is nice to be in the position to be as many appetizers as they want, so they can try many. we ended up with satay, ripening, seaweed and brewed toast, all coming on a sharing plate. they can order as many appetizers as they want, including suppening and eating pancakes, but are limited to a pornstar. our net came with rice or noodles. we both wanted the egg frying to get such a sharing dish. that was after all the appetizers, suppe and escape! the staff was clearly very busy, so I wouldn't immerse for a fast meal, but it was new years day and they were very friendly and apologetic. the word of the intention on the parking lot. there is a parking space behind them, but they only have to park in the first rows while they are entering. I thought the parking place would be behind the restaurant from the side of it. there are cameras that issue fines when parking in the gym.

I ordered a takeaway from here and immediately threw it in the bin. What an absolutely disgusting standard of food and portion size. Save yourself any money by just eating out of a bin. Avoid this place like the plague!

Used this restaurant often years ago and the food and service were excellent.Not now.Decided to go for the buffet.The starters were tasteless,satay sauce watery,spicy chicken not spicy.All the starters tasteless.On to the duck which was cold and chewy.Did not bother with the main course and...paid up and left never to return and would say to others,give this restaurant a miss.
