Waterlot Inn - Southampton

This is a moderately upscale restaurant. I tried the tofu with kale and carrots, and I noticed that the vegan options seemed less thoughtfully prepared compared to the main menu. However, it’s commendable that they’ve created a separate menu, especially in a location that isn’t particularly vegan-friendly. I also ordered a side of the tater tots from the main menu, and the staff made sure they were cooked in separate oil from any non-vegan items. The cocktails here are absolutely delicious!

As another reviewer mentioned, the menu could benefit from more careful consideration, but it's impressive to see that there is a separate vegan menu available on the island.
