95% of the time they put American cheese on sandwiches when they ask white cheddar on the app, and sometimes the sandwiches are just burned up

This Dunkin' Donuts is one of the worst I've ever been to. The manager seems unconcerned about the lack of customer service in his business. Every time I visit, the staff taking my order or working at the window are extremely rude. There was one employee at the window who didn't say anything - no total, no greeting, no well wishes - just waited for my payment. Even when I encounter rude staff, the manager stands by and does nothing to address their behavior. The employees taking orders are equally unpleasant, asking "all different" in a monotone voice after each item I order. I understand that this is a fast-paced environment, but I worked at Dunkin' for years and know that it's not difficult to show some friendliness towards customers. On top of all this, they have messed up my coffee and food orders multiple times. Unfortunately, I live just a few minutes away from this Dunkin' and sometimes go there for convenience, but I have never been satisfied with the service. Everyone I know who has been there has had negative experiences as well. While it may be a convenient location, customers should be prepared for unfriendly staff and the possibility of receiving incorrect or poorly made food and drinks.

Overall, my order was often incorrect at this restaurant. The staff is friendly, but they need to improve on accurately taking people's orders.
