Oysters Fisheries - South Staffordshire

Been to shop for a family but food was very bad poor quality this place going downhill..... Shame what a waste of time and money .

Both the new girl and the owner are miserable, slow service, the chips are hit and miss (mostly as miss and are just a plate of mush), I’d avoid at all costs as it was not enjoyable one bit. The majority of staff they employ seem incompetent.

Haven 't been here for a long time, but heard it had new people running it. Will not be going again any time soon!Both had donna kebab meat and chips. Donna meat was cooked but barely warm and had little taste, chips were dry as cardboard, although not over cooked. Portion size was generous but that just meant more to throw away.Having family who have owned successful chip shops and having also owned one myself, in my opinion the chips were either left over uncooked ones from the night before which had been stored in water, or they had been over 'dry whited ' Dry White is something all chip shops use to stop the chips going brown, but when over used makes the chips go hard and dry when subsequently fried.

Nothing special, however, they offer a good range of choice and the chips were very nice when we had them

Not as good as was before at all, staff are slow the food is cold by the time you get home, pies are warmed up in the microwave, portions are very tiny used to be very good but not anymore
