The Gateway Coffee Shop

We visited the caffe on 16 november. we had visited the Poppins game group, and I had to drag my little one. shortly before the end of the group I came to the caffe and spoke with a beautiful young lady who reserved the table friendly. I wanted to go to lunch. my sohn has sensory problems, so I specifically requested a table next to the window and the lego table. When we arrived, I found that the reserved sign was removed and other customers sat at the table. I spoke to another female worker and she informed that she removed the reserved sign and put other people on the table. when I asked why she had done this and what she could do to correct the situation, she cried and informed me that it was not her problem. because no other tables were free, we had to go. a very angry young, without lunch and could not understand why we had to go. I have worked in the hospitality for over 12 years and would not dream of talking to a customer. impulsive of this individual. would never come back.

Visit this place every year when I visited friends. It is clean and well kept, a little expensive, £ 1.50 for a can pop?? It has children's toys, the fab BUT they are disgusting dirty a d could replace with. That's it. Nice... place, inclusive working environment, the fab!!! The usual lazy parents and unruly children who pamper it a little.

It is hard to find mistakes with this caffe, its corrupted, private and some can say cramped, but at the same time its terrible charming and welcoming. from a service perspective it is amazingly many smiles round and cheerful cakes. it is fast, clean and efficient and everyone is involved and helps each other what is good to see. that eat is excellent, but that stand for me is the coffee. I personally find it better to be, then some great known chains and it is often presented beautifully. Of course, the tastes are different, but I can't see that it's ever a disappointment. Overall, it is an excellent little caffe and a visit worth when they are over, or how I make a way around to stop by.

A call to the gateway coffee shop for lunch was special today. the personal was so cheerful and obligated. the order was a simple, but it was served wth care and good presentation. the whole coffee shop was alive with customers enjoying a snack or cuppa. Although the employees were really busy, they still took time to talk to customers. the location is ideal, only at the reach of the city and near the old railway line now a nature trail. the gateway is a good place to have a break while walking or to finish your walk. it is always special to see families who enjoy their time in the coffee shop. recommend a visit and discover this oasis of refreshment itself.
