Phở Cali - South Sarasota

We both ordered a shrimp and pork pancake…the picture looked good.3 shrimp and two tiny slices of pork folded into a grease soaked falling apart pancake for $17 each!!The lettuce was fresh and grease tastes good …but they only get once to portion control to that extreme for us !Ohhh! And the air is probably set to 80 degrees…. Not a good experience

This place must used to be owned by Vietnamese people but were sold to Chinese people or some other Asians because the menu is the same but the flavors are not authentic Vietnamese . The one in the east coast of Florida PHO Cali is more authentic. Different owners and different chefs. The OG (original restaurant with the Pho Cali name where it became famous would laugh at these flavors that are nothing even close to good authentic Vietnamese flavors.

The food wasn’t good as I expected. The service was bad, so mean.

Absolutely a joke , it’s way out of price and food was not good , service they don’t speak English to give u what you want , so if u like to get food go to any other place but this one, to make a good point to the owner that raised there prices , it use to be cheaper and now it over what it worth for a good meal , but it’s not even a good meal ??
