I really wanted to like this place. It is on the expensive side for what the foods and drinks are. I like aesthetics and the subject. But I ordered two drinks and I waited 15 minutes before someone came out of the back to make my drink. I saw the woman who came out to drink in less than a minute. The workers don't look like they don't care what I understand, they only work there, but they move slowly. I got my drink, but I missed the toppings I asked for. I can't say if I paid for it (because I don't really pay attention to the screen/50 cents), but the checkout repeated my order and it was then correct. You made our drinks new. I just feel so disappointed.
Many alternatives, with ok prices. The staff is very polite and the food is something above the price. A lot of desserts that are quite unusual. The interior can be much improved. Rating: 4.5/5
Delicious soya quail eggs marinated and milk steamed pudding. XLB is average. Would come here for a night snack
Overall, the food is not bad. What looked like separate food stalls, like the ones in Asia, are all for show. You order at the front cashier and pick up the food at the back counter. The place is smaller in person. I do like the Hong Kong and Taiwanese influence of the menu. After sitting a while on their plastic chairs, my back started to hurt and had to get up. We had a large order and was missing an item. Luckily someone in our group noticed and had to talk to the cashier. Of course the flavors aren't as good as the real food stalls in Asia. I think it might be the local ingredients. The one thing I didn't like was how most of the stuff was served in to-go containers. Such a waste.
