Enjoy a serene and welcoming dining experience in the heart of Bamber Bridge at this restaurant, open only on Friday and Saturday nights. The friendly owner prepares each dish fresh to order, including the tasty spaghetti bolognese, pizza, and garlic bread we enjoyed. Everything was delicious and deserving of high praise - we can't wait to order again.

I had read this place, was a little jewel, but did not know if and when it was open. I was actually on the way to get a chippy and see someone on the theke, so had an immediate change of the plan we were not disappointed. the other half said it was the "best pizza he had in years.

Opened since 1989, enchanting Italian man ricos. it is open two days in the week and it makes a fantastic delicious pizza. the best pizza in the local opposite around a mile.

First up, you need to know that Rico’s is only open on Fridays and Saturdays. Also, there is no exterior signage to advertise the place so this is a proper hidden gem. Just look for a green unbranded corner shop and be aware that the front door will likely be closed. The owner has been running this place for at least 30 years and the pizzas taste as good today as they did way back then. There are a couple of alternative outlets offering pizzas close by but trust me and ignore those if you have the time to wait a bit longer for your pizza your patience will be rewarded with a much better offering if you visit Rico’s. Highly recommended.
