Mcdonald's Restaurants - South Ribble

Terrible experience. My order was completely wrong - I received 4 chicken nuggets instead of 6, the sauces were incorrect, and the fries were cold. On top of that, I didn't even order chicken nuggets to begin with.

My experience at the restaurant was awful. They only gave me 5 chicken nuggets instead of 6, my fries were cold, they didn't provide the correct sauces, and there was no ice in my drink.

A type today refused to move forward in his car after he was spoken, like something stuck at the foot of his shoe.. good for him. how often did they let you wait for more than 15 minutes, then they come to their car door. with the largest one. so, this start was about authorized children who refused to pay back on his card, throwing money on the dach. nast evil place.

Online order. no food came. They said I should eat. only eating would not contradict themselves despite their conditions that our contract with the restaurant was. what a waste of time and money. avoid the avoidance. a lot of customer service.

After attempting to pay contactless 4 times and being told they had all cancelled we checked our online banking to see the payments had actually come out, after showing there very rude disrespectul, manager this all he did was tell my pregnant partner its...not his problem he don’t work for her bank so she’ll have to sort it out herself refused to provide any proof the transactions had cancelled. No food, money down and customer service refused to do anything aswel after ringing them because we didn’t order through the app there’s apparently no proof of any of this. Doesn’t look like we’re the only people to find there so called manager rude disrespectful after reading through these reviews either! Not to mention when there not robbing your money there either giving you wrong orders or missing items completely. Would not advise going to this store at all
