Arby's - South Point

Fast service, good food. Dining room open. Good experience!

The amount of meat on their 2 for 6 roast beef sandwiches is skimpy!If I had known that they were out of straws I would not have ordered the overpriced drinks.I have a sensitivity to cold drinks and absolutely NEED a straw!I wont be eating at Arbys anymore!My order for 3 ppl was not excessive yet cost me almost 30 dollars.I could have eaten elsewhere and had better food for that price!

No straws no Dr pepper not the best of service kinda rude

We went to the Southpoint Arbys in Ohio. We had a $50 order and after paying they pulled us up to the door and said it would be a wait. About 20 seconds later a guy brings out one bag of food. He assured us it was all there. We were missing half of our order and 2-3 sandwiches were the wrong sandwiches. We went back through and told the girl at the speaker what was missing and she wasn't really nice about it. Then at the window the big guy who brought out our food told us we'd have to repeat what was missing because he forgot what she said What a great experience. It ended up being about a half an hour ordeal.

After getting my order wrong, I get no apology, just and very exadurated eye roll and some very put off body language. 12:30 Saturday 1/29/2022. I guess the woman working the drive through hates her job and would like everyone she comes in contact with to feel that.... well. I won't be back.. not that they care.
