Starbucks Coffee - South Plainfield

The young girls very cheerful and polite, they smile and always happy to serve you a nice hot chocolate or anything you crave..... However there is a problem with a older Spanish lady that work maybe 2 times a week, this lady has an evil way to look at other people, if you ever request hot water extra she would say something about it, she gives a hater look all the time to me or my son .... We just believe she is so unhappy probably ....!!!! Like a mentioned at the beginning the young girls are very nice and loving .... We enjoy spending the time in target for snacks or tea, coffee or hot chocolate .... ,,,,,,,,,,!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for the hundreds or drinks they prepare for customers who still believe in good tea and coffee !!!!

Went here yesterday, was told store was closed at 8:50pm when there was till four people there...2 getting drinks and 2 waiting to order. Keep in mind closing time was 9pm. When told this it was given with attitude. I work at a starbucks myself and I know it can get overwhelming and you want to rush home but gotta stick to the all time phrase ?customers always right? and customer service comes first. I know it may not be a big deal cause there was only 10min left, but it does not take that long to make four drinks before the end of your shift.

So, at 8:30 in the morning you?re out of the dark roast. You don?t even have any in the store! I hate these Starbucks located in department stores. They are always sub standard. Had I known, I would have not gone in. It?s not the same. Btw, The barista was very nice

Standard Starbucks with friendly staff. Not too busy. Quick service and roomy interior even vast comparing it to other Starbucks in the area. Large parking lot as well. No drive thru.

I don?t leave bad reviews unless I really think the service was horrible. I came to the Starbucks in this location last week and I cannot believe the service that was presented. There was a young girl and a male working and they seemed to have issues with each other. While 3/4 other people were waiting for their drinks to be made these two workers were arguing and cussing each other out. The female kept on pressing his buttons asking him if he went to HR (I guess against her) and they started using the F word on one another. There was a kid in a stroller there and other people waiting for their orders while they were making everyone wait because they were too busy arguing and not caring that customers were there and listening to all of what was going on. Another Starbucks worker , a lady that looked older than the other two kept telling them to stop and to let it go and they didn?t seem to care. While she had walked away that?s when they start cursing each other out and the young girl working was on her phone while everyone waited. My drink was made and it was thrown in the counter .. the straw was throw at the drink right after it I literally couldn?t believe it. Everyone?s faces watching their act was unbelievable. They were all mad waiting and watching their show. Being a Starbucks customer that I am I have NEVER experienced such bad customer service. Won?t be coming here ever, I hope those two are replaced.
