The hashbrowns were excessively greasy and soggy! When we requested a fresh batch, our request was denied. This location really needs to improve its customer service skills.

Decent spot, but I wish it were more spacious. There's a high turnover of staff, which is concerning. Prices seem a bit steep for what’s offered. They would do better by focusing solely on coffee and baked goods, and providing a wider selection consistently.

My iced mocha coffee taste different everytime...no consistency. This week it had no chocolate in it at all, yet order ticket had 3 pumps of chocolate listed. Ordered the hashbrowns. So disgusting! Got 6. They were so old and nasty that it was unchewable. Tasted and felt like they were found on the floor from 2 days prior. Needless to say, a waste of money since they couldn't even be eaten. The sausage, egg, and cheese was barely okay tasting. The cashier was nice. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast
