I was disappointed when I came here and found that they were no longer on the menu. The food is still great, I just really wanted the fajitas lol
The only issue we encountered was that it took 15 minutes to receive our five drinks. This was puzzling because, while we were in the car, they were able to deliver my food promptly. However, we had to wait 13 minutes just for the drinks (and I'm not exaggerating; my children were timing them).
The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. I placed an order to immerse myself in the experience, but I noticed that everyone else around me was being offered meal options and condiments without having to ask. I wasn't even asked if I needed anything else—I had to go up and inquire myself. I can't help but wonder if this was because I was the only Black person there. It's disheartening to experience this in a country where I've proudly worn a uniform for 30 years, serving and contributing to society, yet I still feel treated like a second-class citizen. As a country, we need to do better.
I usually avoid writing negative reviews, but this experience was just too frustrating. Each time I ordered, something went wrong. They either forgot to include the speck I paid for or made the burgers without the sauce. This time, I experienced both issues: no extra patty, missing sauce, and the wrong rolls—soggy and cold. I recommend that anyone who visits this restaurant double-checks their entire order before leaving.
The person working the drive-thru had a very lackluster demeanor and was far from professional. The food was just mediocre and served cold. Unfortunately, there aren't many breakfast options available at that hour. If you're looking for good service and decent food, I recommend going elsewhere.
