Liam's Steakhouse South Padre Island

We're all coming here months. had never had a bad experience. they were out of the nativity, the fresh crumb, and the steak came raw when we ordered medium. nothing but excuses and excuses. in my youth, I was waiter and tender. they advise the customer when they are out of something before they order it. I saw our waitress repeated the same mistakes and made customers order the things they did not have. suitable for a restaurant of this quality.

All very good but pass on the mousse cake. It was dry. Oyster sampler was great.

The service and the atmosphere was great. My wife ordered the filet and that was just fine. I ordered the ribeye and it was so fatty and full of gristle I ended up spitting it out and not eating over half of it. I was very disappointed I was looking forward to a good meal.

Was there with my family and had a great meal! Jorge was the best waiter I have ever had. Highly suggest giving Liams a try.

We tried the bourbon salmon and blackened shrimp Alfredo, both were excellent and would order again. Topped off dinner with creme Brule..can't wait to visit next time we are on the island.
