The waitress was sweet but as time went on she was taking to her coworkers saying how they all were ready to get off and didn't pay the table much attention ???? we had to keepasking her to fill our glasses and things of that nature. The food wasn't bad at all, I the snapper I enjoyed it. The gumbo wasnasty. The appetizers were good fried mushrooms and fried pickles.
Initially, our waitress provided good service, but after our meals were served, she seemed to vanish. I noticed her chatting and laughing with the staff while we still needed some basic items at the table, like drinks and napkins. Keep in mind, we were a party of 12, so it would have been helpful to have more attentive service.
I was in South Padre and discovered a restaurant called Daddy's. The food was excellent! The place was a bit busy, but it felt a little unstable. The pasta and shrimp were outstanding and delicious. I'm not sure what was going on with the lake water, but the water at every restaurant tasted muddy. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely go back next time I'm in the area.
We visited the restaurant at 4 PM on a Friday, and the experience was exquisite. Everything we ordered was delicious. Since I don't eat seafood, I opted for some wings, which were incredibly tasty— even the ranch dressing was outstanding. I truly appreciate the originality of this restaurant, and I will definitely be returning. Would I rate it a perfect 10/10? Absolutely! I recommend starting with the oysters and fresh shrimp. Our waiter was also very attentive!
The food was overcooked but still manageable. The service was quite slow, despite only three tables being occupied. Karaoke wasn't really my thing; most of the songs were unfamiliar to me.
