Papa John's Pizza - South Oxfordshire

Pizza took 1 hr 15 mins to arrive. Arrived barely warm. Shame because the taste was good. Tracking app on order didn't work so phoned store and they could only apologize for the delay as they have one driver. Better to not accept orders than let people down I reckon... Was bought as a company lunch and we ended up with some hungry staff : !

Very poor signage for COVID information. Staff extremely rude and unfriendly. Delivery staff walking through preparation areas not washing hands and handling items with no protective clothing. Staff uniforms were not present and hygiene and handling of foods was terrible.

They would not pick up the phone they tainted my meal with their rude manners. He said 30-40mins when the pizza arrived I conplained about the wait time the pizza was cold rip off rude staff. £12.95 on cold pizza and rude behaviour not on!

The reviews are very misleading. The pizza is amazing and the staff seem to be making the best effort possible. The best papa johns I have ever had. The fresh ingredients and tasty dough make all the difference! Highly recommend it.

Ordered in advance for delivery for 14 people: 5 different pizzas plus sides and deserts. Staff courteous and helpful, helped us work out how to get the best discount. Food arrived on time, nice and hot, all enjoyed, mostly eaten we were too full to eat any more! Only 4 stars for food because they don't offer any coleslaw or salad type option we had to but separately.
