For those that are familiar with traditional Neapolitan pizza- this is the best in the Shoalhaven. For those that only know westernised pizza, but have an open mind- this is the real deal. For those that have a closed mind and cant let go of the westernised pizza, please dont compare apples with oranges and leave a negative review cause it wasnt what you expected. These are proper Neapolitan pizzas and cant be compared with westernised pizza and unfairly judged simply because youre unaware of the difference. Hands down the best pizza in the Shoalhaven

Excellent and authentic wood-fired pizza with the most amazing crust I've ever had. We ordered the Mushroom and truffle pizza and Supreme pizza, both had the right balance of toppings and sauce. Would definitely recommend. The boss also made a custom complimentary focaccia bread for me to take home. 10/10 !
