This place is a hidden jewel of South milwaukeee. I tried and am impressed for the first time today. The food was great and the service was probably the best level ever. I tried the patty melt and coffee and let me tell you that she had some of the best ever. I'm looking forward to going back and trying the Prome. Give him a shot, I promise you won't be disappointed.

The food is homemade and your taxi tastes the difference! Great service, nice people and delicious farewell for a small, local restaurant. The soups, California and Prime Rib are my favorites. The owner takes part in the local lions and donates to many community events The building architecture is also cool. I would recommend a reservation for groups of 5 or more as it is a small place. Packer games in the tavern are also fun.

Amazing Prime Rib!!! My husband and I went to our anniversary. Food and service were far beyond our expectations. Katrina and Sally gave a wonderful and friendly service. Rick the cook could rival any cook there. Mark the owner really cares for customers and his business, it shows in food and atmosphere. Thank you for the best dinning experience ever!!!!

Well it took a little while to be waited on as there was only one waitress. Ordered a burger. It came with fries instead of the kettle chips listed in the menu. A little disappointing and they were not crispy enough for my taste. But the burger was more disappointing as it was only done medium with quite a bit of pink as compared to my friend's which was well done. The waitress contacted the owner who sat down with us and gave us some options including recooking the burger, making a new burger to-go. When I declined that we got the bill and my burger was completely taken off!! Very nice treatment! And a coupon to use in the future Nation point! We will try again definitely
