Przekaż informację zwrotnąI wish your employees would read special instructions for online orders….they are there for a reason, yet nobody seems to read them. I’d tip your employees if they would actually do their job correctly. ?? if I wanted a non toasted sub I would’ve went to JJ’s.
Great if you go in and watch them make the sandwich but if you order online they can't read the slip to put the correct ingredients on the sandwich they'll just throw the same toppings on both sandwiches. They also won't answer thir phone.
Have not been to a subway in a few years. Really disappointed in how expensive the prices have got. I also feel like their portion sizes have gotten smaller then before. Subway has really lost some value compared to their 5 dollar foot long days.
I would leave less stars if I could. I asked for a pizza, told the girl I wanted pepperoni and bacon, she didn’t toast it with the toppings on it not that manager or her wanted to apologize, nor did they ask if I wanted veggies after they toasted my topping’s separately and barely cut it. I was more than polite and they were more than rude.
We have eaten here a couple different times but learned the first time they do not place any importance on online orders. You are better off going into the store and ordering in person if you want to make sure you sub is prepared correctly. Ordering in person the employees pretty much follow Subway sandwich build guidelines and you will have to ask for extra veggies, sauces, and don’t worry if you get extra of meat and cheese they will let you know quickly you will be charged for it. That being said, the employees we have interacted with have been friendly and quick at preparing our food.
