Mcdonald's Restaurants

This restaurant was terrible, absolutely awful. My daughter and I went through the drive-thru and when we received our meals, my daughter's order of 20 nuggets only had 10, and half of my meal was missing. It's unbelievable that they could forget half of someone's meal, especially when they didn't provide any sauce or straws either. I was shocked and would not recommend coming here.

The staff at this restaurant is lovely and friendly, the food was prepared quickly and looked great. This is the nicest McDonald's I have visited in East Kilbride.

It is impossible to move due to the sheer number of online takeaway drivers. It is not advisable to visit on a weekend night as the traffic is at a standstill, and the quality of the food has declined. The food seems rushed and has lost its appeal. It is no longer worth the cost.

Ordered through the McDonalds app. I don't know how difficult it is to bag up the correct items, each time we order, which isn't very often, there is always something missing. This time it was a portion of fries and the food we did receive was absolutely disgusting. Happy Meal didn't come in a box with a toy, just chucked into a bag. I think this will be our last McDonalds order, £24 for inedible tasteless garbage.

Very cheeky boy in the drive thru on a power trip. Really bad customer service. He could do with more training with how to treat people. I dont recommend going to this particular McDonald’s.
