Staff very friendly, not very busy there either had to wait so long

The girls were so beautiful and friendly with great service style. they were so sweet and made us welcome.

Very busy, but the personal served people fast. space was clean and personal emptied tables and they efficiently deleted

Haven't got a clue what hot coffee is. Most of the time its luke warm. When you ask for coffee extra hot, they don't even listen. Going back and forth to finally get a hot coffee after the girls third attempt. Then when you get the coffee the toastie is cold.. Also the toasties you'd break you teeth on them. cheap bread, and tasteless. A couple of nice staff, but most are quite ignorant, don't even acknowledge your there. Disappointed customer.

We made a pit stop in Lanark for a coffee and found Costa in the bustling high street. The cappuccino we ordered was freshly made by the friendly staff. Definitely recommend stopping by for a visit.
