Chillies - South Lanarkshire

This dining experience was a complete disaster. I ordered a meal deal for two along with a pizza, but only received the meal without the pizza, poppadoms, and with the wrong curry. The delivery guy was friendly and brought the pizza after promising to do so, but the correct curry never arrived. After waiting for half an hour, I asked for a partial refund as the rest of the meal was now ruined, but was refused. The owner promised to deliver the correct curry in 5 minutes, but it took another half an hour. When the delivery guy finally arrived with the correct curry, we refused it and sent it back. As regular customers who order from this restaurant weekly, I am deeply disappointed by the poor service we received. I will not be ordering from here again. This experience was simply unacceptable.

I ordered a few dishes from this restaurant, but was extremely disappointed with the delivery time last night. I usually don't mind waiting when the food is good, but this time everything was cold. The salad consisted of large chunks of onion, the chips were inedible, and the kebabs were stone cold. I was really looking forward to a nice kebab, but unfortunately, it was a letdown.

I ordered a South Indian garlic chilli dish and it was delicious! I haven't had such a good curry in a long time, so I have found my new favorite spot.

Ordering through the Scoffable app was very convenient, and our food was delivered quickly and piping hot. The pizzas were delicious, as were the pakoras. We definitely plan on becoming regular customers.

Inconsistent experience at this restaurant - sometimes great, sometimes poor. I have had both excellent and below par meals here. The food can be average and sometimes bland or tasteless, especially the curries. The customer service is decent when ordering but terrible in person - they will hang up the phone to help someone in the shop. I may still use them, but only if I have no other options.
