Old Ship Inn Pointon - South Kesteven

Awesome... I really have been there, done that, from a dollar street banquet to Shimla pinks, I didn't think I was going to get a great spicy, risky hot meal when I moved here. If you want something mild, this is the place, if you want to cry and sweat in pain (or just clear your hay fever) just let them know, great staff, great cooks. Simple its great, fresh and great. doesn't need to be anything else, great is perfect.

We decided to have a drink in the pub after a wonderful meal at the Indian restaurant next door. We received a very cool welcome and the service went down hill from there. My husband had the temerity to ask how to use the ultra modern dukebox…… the person he approached was rude and condescending………she belittled him…….which is a shame.

Amazing evening made even better by the friendliness of the villagers and the outside band… The staff were exhausted running the orders BUT smiles all around and an overall fantastic evening.

Great food, great service! Never fail to impress. Eat in or take away we’ve never had a bad dish. Give it ago!

I have visited this restaurant multiple times and have always had a great experience. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and the prices are reasonable. The service is excellent and there is a good variety of dishes to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend this place.
