Kfc - South Kesteven

I waited 45 minutes for my food at the restaurant, enjoyed my meal, and then received a parking fine two weeks later for exceeding the one-hour limit. I did not expect to be deceived by KFC.

Well what can I say you ask for no sauce on you order to get sauce on all of order to be told by rude man on phone its just eats problem and was not picking up to send new order with what I asked for putting phone down twice as mayo is not a sauce we were told mmmmm yes it is so if you want better service and the food you ordered go somewhere else

The young staff at this restaurant are constantly goofing off, which is frustrating to witness whether you're dining in front of them or catching a glimpse of their antics in the kitchen. Including a photo of a large drink.

Visited Grantham KFC today. Well what a total sewer. The smell coming from the kitchen was like a rat had died and been left to fester for a week, the tables were full of rubbish left for God knows how long and the floor was like I was ice skating. I walked right back out of the door never to return ever. How a food outlet can be run like a waste treatment plant, I don't know. My advice is if you don't want to die then stay clear.

Dreadful Cold, overcooked and dry inedible food. When I explained to the manager what was missing from the order (fries, portion of popcorn chicken and a fillet burger) he gave us a sauce as compensation?! Staff do not care, but then why should they when the manager doesn’t care. Will not visit again, totally awful!!
