The Coffee Club Kempsey - SOUTH KEMPSEY

After reading some of the negatives about Coffee Club Kempsey it would appear that some people are not pleased.We always visit early in the morning and continue to have lovely food, quick service and find the special of Bacon & Egg Toasted sandwiches with coffee for under $10.00 is pretty good value.

The service was so slow it was unbearable. The coffee was terrible and cold. Just to put our order in took forever. We've now been waiting for 30 minutes for our meal to arrive. We will not come back! Food just arrived. Unimpressed.

We travel up and down the highway quite a lot.We have been here previously and decided to stop in again for the toasted bacon and egg.The café style thick bread was superb, along with generous helpings of egg and bacon. Coffee is also very nice.On our way back late we stopped at McDonalds, it was disgusting. Cold and soggy chips with congealed sauce. Never again McDonalds at South Kempsey.

Decided to go to The Coffee Club for Valentines Day lunch. Meals looked like the cooks just threw the food on the plates. Pancakes were cold yet extremely soggy and half the berries were frozen. Paid $3 for a rubbery textured bacon rasher. Obviously all not microwaved long enough. Eggs benedict was missing spinach and thick shakes weren't very thick. Partner was made to feel like he ruined the whole day by taking me there. Was very upsetting. After telling staff of this was offered a measly one free coffee. Absolutely disgusting. Will not be returning.

Had a stopover at Kempsey on our way to Coffs Harbour Bought two iced coffees and they were delicious Couldn't fault them one bit
