I ordered the riptide, paired with some mini chocolate chip cookies. Together, they made for a delightful afternoon treat. However, the customer service was a bit confusing and not very impressive.
Okay, you have the best group of teenagers. They are so polite and friendly compared to other locations. My only complaint that I've had this since the encoding that you were cheating on your cups and lids. Every time I drink or a child, use the terrible inverted lids that spill over my car if either I'm my child trying to put a straw in it. Either invest in better lids or do not fill these cups as full. Also the new styrofoam you use for the larger cups are so flimsy and thin they break easily. I've had too many shakings in my car since you've changed. I understand supply chain problems, but your competitors twisted sugar securely gets it with quality cups.
I love their mango breeze. It is so refreshing but this is the third time in a row that they have not put in the tropical poppers and they charge me for it.......I didn't know it was ok for a company to charge people and not give them what they ordered. Very disappointed.
Probably the last time I?ll visit Swig. The line was long, which I understand is up to me to determine if I'll wait in it or not. The problem came when halfway through the line, we stopped for 20 minutes without moving. I couldn't get my car out (sandwiched between two cars), and there wasn't an employee to be seen. Finally an employee poked her head out the back door and then 5 minutes later came out to take orders. Once she came out, we started moving again. I asked her nicely what happened that caused the delay, and she said that nobody came out to check on where the last car was so they didn't know how long the line was. Again, the line was long, but what normally would have taken 15-20 minutes took us 45. Seriously...not an exaggeration. Forty-five minutes. No soda is worth that, and I wish I would have just driven the 2 minutes to another soda shop.
Terrible customer service. I went in to grab a drink and was directed to the drive-thru or the app. Since I didn’t have a car, I tried to use the drive-thru but was turned away by an employee who was taking orders on her iPad. I didn't want to download an app just for a one-time quick purchase. I really don't understand why it's so difficult to complete a walk-in transaction—what's the point of having a lobby if you can't use it?
