Subway - South Jordan

We were disappointed with the amount of meat on our sandwich at this location compared to a previous visit. The staff member made assumptions about our order and only included a few small pieces of chicken. When questioned, he claimed he had followed the specifications but was unapologetic and rude. We visited another Subway location and received a completely different amount of meat on the same sandwich. The staff here seemed disinterested and the portion shown to us did not match what was actually on our bread. Overall, we were not satisfied with the service or the sandwich preparation at this location.

I stopped at this restaurant off the highway to get some gas and picked up a couple of sandwiches through the app. About 40 minutes later, I opened one of them only to realize it was completely incorrect. When I reached out to the store, I was informed that I would need to return the wrong sandwiches in order to receive a refund. The service was terrible and the customer service response was also disappointing. I would recommend avoiding this location.

I wish I could leave a negative review. The person working at the restaurant tonight didn't know how much meat to put on the sandwiches. They only put one scoop on a footlong sandwich and it didn't even cover the whole sandwich. I definitely feel like I overpaid and think that someone should be retrained.

Asked the employee to change their gloves due to cross contamination the employee stomped around and acted like a toddler ordered a 6 inch roast beef sandwich it had two extremely small slices of roast beef. The employee acted like they didn't care to be in the store

I'm pregnant, my family and I were traveling through town, and this subway was the only one open near by. I was craving a subway sandwich, but we got there 10 minutes before closing. Elliot was working and I asked if he'd already started closing or if I could order something; he was very, very nice and told me he'd started closing, but of course he'd make a sandwich for me. He was very kind the whole time and made me the best subway sandwich!! (I'm eating it right now, and it's perfect). Great experience, especially as a stressed out pregnant lady ? Elliot needs a raise for going above and beyond.
