Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - South Jordan

We really enjoy Menchie's! I appreciate their effort to provide a variety of dairy-free and vegan options, which is fantastic for us since we have a little one with food allergies. We'll definitely be coming back!

There are plenty of excellent yogurt options available here, ranging from classic vanilla to decadent triple brownie chocolate, along with various fruity flavors. I sampled four different flavors, and they were all delicious. I also opted for a waffle bowl, which was a nice touch. As usual, it was quite busy, and while the staff worked hard to maintain cleanliness, our table and the floor were a bit sticky. Just keep that in mind, but the yogurt is definitely worth the visit.

Yummy frozen yogurt that you can custom make. Pick one or more flavors of frozen yogurt, sweet or tart. Add your choice of toppings. We chose New York Cheesecake, Mississippi Mud Pie and Pineapple. Topped with bursting bobas, marshmallows and mochi.So, so good. ??

Well, to be honest I didn't love my experience here. It was small so it was kinda cramped with a bunch of people in there. The countertops were pretty messy, the chocolate flavored froyo dispenser dispensed very slowly for some reason, the waffle bowlthat I had didn't taste fresh, and when it came time to pay I don't know why the digital pay system even asks for a tip when theworker hadn't done a thing... it is all self serve! I wondered how long it had been since the spoons had been wiped down orchanged out after all the customers had been using them to get their toppings. The froyo seemed kinda watery to me too. Butmaybe that is just because I am comparing it to regular ice cream, which is hard for me not to do.

The food is excellent, but this location is consistently dirty. It's a small space that appears to be poorly managed and understaffed. The employees always seem to be overwhelmed.
