The management at this location has become a joke. I used to come here all the time but just a couple of days ago when I stopped by for lunch, I had to wait in a huge line for almost half an hour. The poor girl they had running the food orders was overwhelmed and was calling for help from the manager but he literally ignored her and continued to just sit in the dining area with no regard to the ridiculously long line of waiting hungry customers. In utter dismay of this, I just decided to leave the line and go eat somewhere else. It's a shame because I'm a big fan of the food at Zuas but maybe it's just this location which has a management issue. Going through some of the other comments on here, I see that I'm not alone in my opinion. Zupas corporate, please do yourselves a favor and deal with that male manager in the dark blue shirt.

This place is a joke!!! We came for lunch. The manager (a male) gave a lecture to an employee about putting a sticker on a to go item right in front of everyone in line. Very unprofessional. The line was about 8 ppl long and they wouldn’t check any of us out. They focused only on the to go order. There were like 8 employees and no one would check anyone out. The couple in front of us by time they checked out their Salad was soggy. We had to return our soups because they were cold. They gave us new soup but were not nice about it. The last few times we have been to the store it has been dirty. We will definitely not be coming back. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

The food was so yummy and healthy . The customer service was great!
