Przekaż informację zwrotnąFood at the South Jordan site was good as usual, but we happened to be eating and talking 10 minutes after they closed when they began placing the aluminum chairs on top of the tables, banging them loudly as they set them, preventing me from talking to my dinner guest, from out of town, whom I get to see only once a year. I asked for them to place the chairs quietly, which one employee did for half of the restaurant's tables, but when a second employee joined in, she banged the chairs even more loudly than at first. When I asked her to stack them a little more quietly, she let me know that she was doing it as quietly as possible--but not nearly as quietly as the first employee, who was very able to do it quite silently and, better yet, she said that this issue was my problem, because I was there 12 minutes after closing. I have patronized Zupas happily for at least ten years, mostly in American fork, so I was surprised at the response I got. I visited this Zupas the next day and had a productive conversation with the store manager. She said that the restaurant is in the hospitality business, which prioritizes the quality of a customer's visit. Hopefully, this will make things better for people who happen to be inside and eating after they close.
Soup was too salty. They are not consistent on the amount of toppings they give you. Last time they hardly gave any. Drink infusions are good though.
I normally love this location. But today, changed it all. I found a moth in my salad. Absolutely disgusting. At least they refunded me my money. One star for that.
I'll just let the pictures speak for themselves and say, wow!....and yum!
We had an exceptionally large group, and they picked us up and served in a short order. that was wonderful. suppen, sandwiches, salate and desserts. amazing!
