Placed an order through the app I purchased two tacos and made a request without no cheese, lettuce, and taco sauce. It was suppose to be plain just meat well I get home to hand my daughter her food and what do you know it has all the ingredients that I asked not to have. It was not a crazy request I do not understand how they could make a mistake with the simplest thing.

Ordered 12 tacos and only received 10 tacos this location always messes up on orders or just don’t care anymore

Ordered in the drive thru. Nobody in line to order. After ordering pulled up to window and paid. Told to wait in front with 3 other vehicles. 15 minutes later came and gave me a bag of food. Went home and realized wrong order. Drove back and waited another 15 minutes in front. I haven't eaten Jack in the box in about a year and now I remember why. Just seems like a restaurant with no standards

I love that there is always breakfast all day and it is open until late at night.
