Nice pub with friendly staff and fabulous eating. Sunday dinner was amazing! definitely recommend!

From the moment we arrived, we were very well looked after. nothing was too much annoyed. eating is excellent, both dinner and breakfast. host are very friendly and welcoming. we stayed two nights and slept very well. comfortable beds and immaculate rooms. beautiful location directly at the river, one must remain for rest and relaxation.

What a fantastic pub! Great food, service and atmosphere. Our first time but will certainly go back. My husband ordered half rack of ribs and I had a quarter. They were so tender, came with a small leaf salad and fries. Absolutely delicious! It was quantity with the ribs but for it was also pure QUALITY Well done and thank you x

Travelled for work, a beautiful place to stay. Rooms are nice and cosy, big TV in the room I stayed in, beautiful views out the attic windows. The staff were very friendly and happy to please. The food was very good, had a number of things from the menu each being cooked beautifully. Would absolutely stay here again if in the area.

Went there with my wife on a Friday evening, it was very nice , so I booked a table for Sunday evening Sat down at the chosen table and wondered why the menu hadn't been given to us , I ask at the bar and was then told they don't serve food Sunday evening , how strange , even took my phone number on the Friday . So we weren't very pleased, won't go there again for food
