Fabulous lunch today with the family my roast beef was tender and plenty of it, my 8 year old had the children’s turkey and she ate everything even her vegetables

Great service by friendly and helpful staff. Food was delicious. Very good value for money. Definitely recommend the place.

I have eaten at the Kitchen several times, sometimes just with my husband, but also in a large family group. It is a great venue, providing a varied menu and catering for all dietary requirements and all ages, as well as being really convenient for the lovely shopping centre and gardens. The staff are really friendly and attentive, and the service is great. The seating is comfortable and the background music is audible but not too loud, providing a comfortable environment for a relaxing meal and good conversation. In summer, we have eaten outside, in a very pretty and safe enclosed area, under a canopy to provide shade when required. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Been to The Kitchen many times and recently visited for drinks and main meals. Staff are attentive, always friendly and happy to go out of their way to make the experience pleasant. Food is always served within a reasonable waiting time and I’ve never had issues.

Food was awful. Think Wetherspoons but instead of £11 for 2 it’s £32 for two having burgers. £3 for a coke that’s not even a pint. They are very lucky most of the clientele are ancient and have a lifetime of being use to the stereotypical tasteless British food that we are renowned for across the world. Most of us under 60 would avoid and the clientele on display shows this largely the case. Staff are fine they weren’t rude and our service was reasonably quick. Just the food is so poor. I wouldn’t recommend
