When you substitute the sub bread for wheat online, it should let you know that you’re going to get regular bread and not sub bread because I just spent $61 and I asked for wheat but didn’t realize it was going to be slices of bread if I knew that I could just make my own sandwich at home also when I asked the person that bagged up our stuff if our pickles were in the bag, they said yes and when we got home 9 miles away they in fact we’re not in there kids lost their minds ??‍ and it was just overall not that great tasting. Don’t think I’ll be back again. I’ll probably just stick with Jersey Mike’s. I thought I would give this one a try for the first time just not impressed.

Great staff and super fresh, delicious sandwiches!Dietary restrictions: My mom has a tomato allergy. The guy taking our order was so great about making sure there was no cross contamination with her sandwich! We've had trouble with other Jimmy John's locations before with this particular issue, so we were thrilled to see someone taking it seriously and being so accommodating and professional about it.

Literally won't deliver 3 miles but can't even get it door dashed

Got my food very fast. I was impressed. Also had great customer service with helping with menu options. Thanks. The food was great and fresh. Love whatever type of sauce they use on the beach club. Or whatever secret ingredient they use in the mayo lol.

Sammiches amazing, bought some day old bread, still amazing the next day! Not sure who the drive up guy was, but the man excelled at customer service, unlike most consumer based businesses these days. Give him a promotion asap!
