The Noss Mayo Tea Garden - South Hams

While walking from Noss Mayo to Wembury, we stumbled upon this lovely little café. We had brought along a picnic and were in the mood for a coffee to go with it. Unfortunately, the owner informed us that they could not take reusable bags with lids, but they did offer us plastic cups which we gladly accepted. We enjoyed a delicious latte made with fresh ground beans along with our sandwiches, sitting by the river. The café's garden had a beautiful view and the food looked so good that we decided we would not bring a picnic next time. It's a shame that the café is only open on weekends, as the only other option for refreshments in the area are the local pubs.

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant with delicious food, great service, and a beautiful atmosphere. It was the perfect way to end our day after a walk on the warren. Highly recommend!

The owners of this restaurant are incredibly warm and welcoming, creating a cozy, homelike atmosphere. The food is excellently prepared and homemade, making it a definite recommendation.

I visited today for the first time - my family was already there. I loved it absolutely. they sit in the family garden and are so welcome. scones were delicious and our teekanne was continuously refilled. my niece and nephew. gave toys with which the owners belonged to children-beautiful touch. beautiful small place, excellent service and gastfreundschaft- can not wait to come back!

I was searching for somewhere to have a cream tea in the area and found this place online. I did a beautiful hr clifftop circuit walk (parking by the tennis courts), which ended up with lunch and a cream tea at the Noss Mayo...Tea Garden. The food was homemade, simple and very tasty. The owners were incredibly friendly, and it almost felt as though I had gone round for tea with old friends. All topped off by an excellent view. Highly recommended.
