Anchorstone Cafe - South Hams

Today we had a table for 8 people for 2.30 clock. the staff was friendly and friendly. all friends on our table agreed that eating was delicious and well presented. I had the whispers that were cooked for perfection as a main course. followed by various deserts. we were the last ones that were gone. we joked between us that the personal colgate smiles because they were so attentive and helpful. a pleasant lunch between friends recommended.

Eating is brilliant. I had the fish chips. it was the most succulent cod with the tenderest teig I had in years, there were more than enough food. in the did the fish, wonderfully fresh, only the plate mounted! the beautiful staff was very attentive, without being intrusive, also easily interacted with each. they can eat under a weather-protected brandy with a very good view of the dart over greenway. 5* for eating 5* for personal 5* position each in our party of 8 had wonderful meals, 4 of us had eaten there 2 days before had just as pleasant time here. I hope everyone who reads this has just as pleasant afternoon dinners, laugh with friends/family as we do. we'll be back. Thank you.

Nice eating and nice staff. the service was pretty slow. we had to wait almost an hour. if they have the time, it is a nice place for a lunch.

I have been a patron of this cafe for many years, but unfortunately, I will not be returning until the very unfriendly lady in charge is no longer there. She seems to think she owns Dartmouth and has been known to ask customers to leave simply because their friend did not purchase anything from the cafe. I witnessed one lady being asked to leave just for having a quick chat with her friend by the tables. This level of unfriendliness is not something I have experienced elsewhere in Dartmouth.

Great staff really friendly. Food was delicious. Had the scallops and monkfish. Great location with views over the river. Glad we booked an inside table as weather was awful.
