The Rose And Crown

First time here in many years it was the place we always used to stop on the way back from holiday. Nice little pub. Dropped in for Sunday lunch. We ordered the roast rib of beef and turkey lunches. Overall, very nice and well cooked. Roast potatoes could have been better tempted to say that cooked from frozen, but not sure. Everything else was very good.

Excellent meal and the waitress was amazing.nothing was too much trouble

Nice little low ceiling pub with a big car park. Food was tasty and excellent value for money.

Every time I have visited this place it is out of necessity as other pubs shut, staff are not welcoming or friendly and I have felt like it is not a place for ‘non-locals’
