If you have a very sweet tooth,This is the place YOU WILL LOVE. They have every desert you can imagine,to waffles,crepes AND HEAVENLY DOUGHNUTS Although you might save some budget cause it is quite expensive—for a very reasonable price.And to those people that values cleanliness i ought to tell you that if your gonna buy in kaspas take it out or have it delivered,Because im not very happy about the sanitation of how they maintain the place.But staffs are still very friendly tho : . So if you want a cafe or a fast food with just all sweets I HIGHLY recommend to try or Go to Kaspas

Very disappointed as no ice cream for sale, was treating my kids and was let down :

*Disclaimer: The freezer had broken and they didn 't have Gelato* Apart from the, somewhat citywide systemic issue with getting their freezers fixed... There is still a lot of choice, from waffle, to crepe, to cookie dough, served with soft whippy ice cream instead, lavished with chocolate sauces and a topping of your choice... However this is where I was disappointed and am somewhat skeptical as to whether you are actually getting what is being advertised... I 've included pictures of the advertised Oreo cookie dough. Clearly in the photo you can see presence of Oreo biscuits broken up, in large chunks, scattered across the dessert. I 've then included the photo of the Oreo waffle. I have to admit, this is *after* I had already asked for some Oreo as all could be seen was white chocolate sauce with some dusty black biscuit underneath. Clearly there aren 't chunks of Oreo biscuit and the only biscuit they have is already broken up in a cup with zero signs of the white Oreo centre. Very disappointing experience all round with the Gelatos unavailable (meaning most milkshakes unavailable also)

No icecream for weeks due to freezer still broken down. Poor employees had to keep repeating themselves on this matter to not only my party of 3 but every customer that came through the doors. They looked so embarrassed everytime. Same goes for your Longwell Green diner. My party went there first and was disappointed with the lack of icecream availability. So instead we went to Yate and they have the exact same problem. Not a good look disappointing your customers and embarrassing your staff in two diners not far from eachother.

Called in twice over the last few weeks, sat down. went to order and was told no ice cream!! Staff always sat outside smoking,not very professional.
