Domino's Pizza - South Gloucestershire

This place has the best atmosphere and customer service ever, even let us share a bottle of water for free and got to stand at the counter and watch a pizza being made! 5*

Still waiting for a reimbursement this was burnt offering at it's best l phoned I sent emails and I have placed the photos on social media but still no response from this cowboy out fit if they contact me I will keep you all in formed but don't hold your breath as I can't see them contacting me they just bury there heads and hope it blows over.

Delivered Food from here is a bit hit and miss. Food can be tepid rather than hot. Some Items can be undercooked. I’ve had potato wedges where small items are cooked but larger ones are not. Pizza can be doughy in the centre. Cookies similar. If you order any pizza with bbq sauce expect it to be smothered in the stuff. If you go for a half and half pizza expect you end up with three different flavoured slices the two types you ordered and a hybrid of the two. Will you be lucky?

Made an order online , waited an hour no delivery , rang the shop , had a long and repetitive conversation with some idiot on the phone who passed me over to advise they hadn’t had the order and blamed “the system”..with a hint of attitude in his delivery , pardon the pun. The payment is still pending and has not been refunded just to add to the woeful service .

Honestly, do not waste your money ordering from this store, when you could buy something so much better elsewhere. This store has successfully doomed the Domino's franchise with rude staff and drivers, who take forever to deliver items. The food is edible, but not delicious. The reason I generously gave it two stars is because of the desserts, including the Ben and Jerry's ice cream, something these morons cannot ruin.
