The energy teas and protein shakes at this restaurant are consistently great! They always hit the mark and never disappoint. I have tried their healthy breakfast bowls and found them to be filling, satisfying, and good for you. Overall, a perfect 10/10 every time!

The staff at this restaurant is incredibly friendly and can really lift your spirits. While it may be on the expensive side for some, the quality of the food and service makes it worth it. It's like a healthier alternative to a fast food value meal. Plus, who can resist a guilt-free candy bar?

Good service, decent prices, and moderate menu. Restrooms were lousy and view laughable. Adequate parking.

Noone was wearing masks when I went there! Was told because they are a 'private business ' they don 't need to. Which is a lie. Supposed to be a health and nutrition but doesn 't seem like they care about the health of their community. Will never visit again.

Whether your counting your macros or just wanting a yummy treat, maximum nutrition is where you need to go!! We love to go after the gym for a re fuel ?? The girls always have the greatest personalities and are willing to help when we look confused trying to pick a flavor!!! Our favorites are ANY special and the strawberry cheesecake
