Humbuggs - South Glens Falls

Humbuggs is a fantastic family-friendly bar and pub! I've gotten to know the owners, and they run the restaurant exceptionally well. The food is always fresh, and they use high-quality ingredients and meats. The Reuben sandwich is a must-try! The wings are outstanding—generous in size, perfectly cooked, and expertly sauced! The French onion soup was also delicious. I highly recommend it for any night of the week; you won't be disappointed!

I had a quick lunch in the afternoon and was impressed by the speedy service. However, by 8 PM when we returned for dinner, the experience was quite different. The service was extremely slow; the wings I enjoyed during lunch were great, but at dinner they were so hot that I couldn’t finish them. My wife ordered a Chardonnay before dinner, but it never arrived. I handed my glass to the waitress to exchange for an icy drink, which also didn’t come. It took 20 minutes to get the bill, and when I went to the register to pay, I was ignored. I recommend going for lunch, but definitely skip dinner.
