Burger King - South Gate

The service was horrible and they gave me a little hash browns when I asked for a large hash brown , the lady at the drive thru almost dropped my food too

I'm gonna tell you ...this place is nice! The service is very very good ! It is always busy but this guys are super fast! Plus they always have good specials!

Overall, the food itself is great, but not the playhouse (which I'll get to later of the review). Quite frequently, I receive coupons from Burger King and of other fast food restaurants. There's some great bargains and much of menu is affordable, especially if you're in budget. These restaurants are quite popular among teenagers and parents for that reason alone. Now to the children's playhouse, it's very unsanitary and I'm astonished the city authorities or inspectors haven't declared a citation. As a long time resident of South Gate, this playhouse was not presentable, even when I was a child. On the contrary, that's not to say that the employees are careless, but they should make some attempt to address the issue. As cliche as it sounds, the sooner the better.

Max was our server on two occasions, and he was very attentive and helpful each time. Our orders were accurate, and he made sure that both the dining room and the restrooms were clean.

Now, regarding the children's play area, it appears to be somewhat neglected, and I'm surprised that local authorities or inspectors haven't raised concerns about it. As a longtime resident of South Gate, I can’t imagine this play area being acceptable, even during my own childhood. That said, I want to clarify that the staff aren’t neglectful; however, they need to address the issues present. As the saying goes, the sooner, the better.
