Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The food was great. The staff was very busy. I ordered a 2 piece spicy chicken combo, which came with cole slaw. One piece of my chicken was regular (I remedied the spiciness with hot sauce) and the other was spicy. The cole slaw tasted like it had gone bad. The clerk politely exchanged it for some macaroni and cheese. The service was excellent and on point, despite the fact that they were very busy. Good job, folks!

I?ve tried to give this location a chance multiple times. They have these teenagers with massive attitudes taking orders and I asked the child if she had my order correct and she assured me I had to wait 30 minutes then had to walk in to retrieve my food because no one has came out with it. And my order was still missing items. Employees need to stay home or find another job they enjoy doing if that lack or don?t want to do the job properly that they were hired to do. I rarely ever do reviews but I get so annoyed with poor service I pay for with my hard earned money. Please hire better employees that get the orders right.

I like this Popeye's in South Euclid, very clean food was fresh and hot. They had every condiment I needed. Not like East Cleveland, and Euclid location they are the worst, need to shut those down. But South Euclid you get more than five stars

The customer service here is truly abhorrent. I always have to repeat my order at least three or four times. They will still manage to get it completely wrong. They act as though you?re bothering them when you have to interact? They?re incredibly slow?even though they?re always what appears to be over staffed. I think one person actually does any work there. It?s a shame that I love Popeye?s so much! I don?t eat it regularly, but it?s a treat when I?m having a craving. This place SERIOUSLY needs some help.

Thw whole experience was horrible!! I sat in line for thirty minutes. My order was wrong. So I went in the lobby for customer service. Not, this employee told me they didn't have any breasts. The person who took my order did not indicate this. I also ordered a two piece spicy white. There was a thigh and a wing in the box. Since when is a thigh white meat??? Please train your employees!!
