Bite Creole Kitchen - South Euclid

Visited Biss Creole kitchen during one of their Saturday open microphone nights. It was such a fun experience! I didn't plan to buy food, but after seeing all her boxes of chicken wings, I thought I'd knock in. The Creole wings were when I say it myself. Also the sides of macaroni and red beans and rice were great. Definitely a sweet place for casual food and of course a BLACK OWNED BUSINESS! Good food!

The food is always fresh and the owners are so friendly, professional, and extremely attentive to all their customers. I love that wet sauce. It's so Delicious.

Let me tell you your sum, this has changed my life. If you live within 30-45 minutes from this place. Craig's in trouble. That was delicious, and the staff was great. I'm new to the area and this was my first time to eat here. She understood and explained the menu and gave me her recommendation, super helpful (I think she was cute, but she had lol on a mask). Anyway, I will definitely return. By the way

Try the Cajun Salmon Croquettes over rice with Broccoli. I was so scared to eat that I almost forgot the first time. Lol. It was delicious and this sauce hit the top. Great job Bite of Creole. I had two others since this photo. And customer service is great. No complaints from me. Keep the good work over there.

Fishmeal looks delicious. The owners friendly. Will definitely go back.
