Taco Bell - South Elgin

I had a DoorDash order to pick up from this restaurant, and unfortunately, they didn’t fulfill it. Typically, they receive orders in advance for preparation, but they chose to close early and didn’t complete their responsibilities. I plan to report the store and hope to discuss this issue further, as it is unacceptable. When I inquired whether my order would be ready, the staff member simply ignored my question and gave me a smile from his girlfriend, who was waiting in the car for him. I don’t understand why he couldn’t just respond; it wasn’t a difficult question. There was no need to be dismissive while his girlfriend laughed in the car because he couldn’t drive home.

Completely disappointing. They said they were out of three items I had ordered and suggested alternatives, which was acceptable. However, they ended up messing up the rest of my order as well. The tacos were broken, the food was cold, and the overall experience was terrible. I won't be returning.

I can't believe this restaurant is still in business! Where is the owner? I ended up throwing my two soft shell tacos in the dumpster because they were terrible! There's trash outside the building, and numerous signs saying they only accept credit cards or exact change due to a shortage of coins. They have "help wanted" signs everywhere. On top of that, I didn't even get a napkin in my bag, and when I reached for my taco, it wasn't even wrapped properly. The taco was super soggy, with only a few bits of lettuce and cheese. After just two bites, I ended up throwing the whole thing away.

This is a grilled cheese and steak burrito. Paid $10 for this a a taco- there is one piece of steak. Food is ice cold. Took a bite into cheese and sour cream. Had to actually open it to see if there was any meat on it. This was disgusting. The fountain drink tasted like the lines are bad. Can’t even drink it. Do better. Won’t go back here

The place was filthy. My feet stuck to the floor, they didn't fill any silverware and condiments, the poor manager was working alone. There was cups on the floor behind the counter, and water in a puddle. It wasn't the managers fault she needs help. She gave me a pop because I waited 30 minutes. I had to walk in to get my food.
