Mcdonald's - South Elgin

Mobile order never works and employees are rude. Time for the kid to kick the happy meal habit

Seriously, how hard is it to get 2 sandwiches right in the morning. BE&Ch biscuit and a SE&CH bagel. But I get a SA&CH bagel and StE&CH Bagel. Seriously. It's not rocket science. Disappointed.

Made an online order and picked it up through the drive-thru. Service was fast and polite. Food is consistent and decent for what you pay.

My Iced coffe was too strong, and guy at the drive thru not very friendly, maybe they can treat customers with respect.

The food is standard McDonalds fare. The service when I walked in was non existent and ordered via the kiosks. Finding a table to eat at was a challenge, not because they were busy but because the tables were filthy.
