Przekaż informację zwrotnąI've been a customer for a long time, but this location just keeps declining. Tonight, my son went to pick up dinner for our family, and the portion sizes were ridiculous. One of the bowls had rice and ingredients that didn't even cover the bottom of the container. When my son asked for additional ingredients, they said they would have to charge more. I tried calling, but no one answered the phone.
This was our first visit, and it didn't go well. My wife ordered a salad, and I got a burrito. To start, the girl at the counter seemed completely lost when it came to using the register. Then, after just one bite of my burrito, I found a hair in it—gross! On top of that, the restaurant was filthy. The floor was sticky and unclean. I’m usually not too fussy, but we ended up throwing away our food and leaving. We won’t be coming back!
When we walked in, I was shocked by how dirty this Chipotle was—it was by far the most unclean one I've ever visited. There wasn't a single clean surface, including the checkout counter. We had ordered our burrito bowls through the app for pickup and double-checked the order before leaving. To our dismay, the bowls were only half full (as shown in the picture). We asked for them to be correctly filled, but when we received them back, they were still wrong. My bowl was missing both sour cream and salsa verde, which I had to go fetch from the counter myself. How can you completely overlook two items on a bowl that was already messed up? It was an incredibly disappointing experience. Save your time and money; just drive to the next Chipotle down the road.
I LOOVVEEE Chipotle! Chipotle can be a pricey fast food meaI, especially for delivery, so it is a special treat for myself. The issue I never fail to come across is the inconsistency of quality service. There are times I order and it’s fantastic and worth the money. Other nights, like tonight, I am furious with what I paid for and received. Chipotle indicates that online pricing is higher than in store not to mention fees, tip, and an option to round your total up for charity (which I did). I spent $32 on a bowl, chips, and quac. Well, reall I spent $32 on a bowl of rice and a quarter bag of broken chips. I’m cringing at how ripped off I got. If I recommend something to others, maybe save your money on this location or don’t get it delivered.
Poor service I ordered chicken bowl with corn lettuce. See picture, that's how bad my food was prepared, do you see any lettuce? I paid about $25+ for these 2, unbelievable! Totally disgusting food! Chipotle SOUTH ELGIN, give your customers our money's worth! Corporate needs to look into this franchise I will make sure this reaches them.
