Birds Bakery - South Derbyshire

Very nice food but the member of staff that served me did not smile and looked as if she didn't want to be there. She was quite rude . Not best service

The service at this restaurant was exceptionally rude and disrespectful. When we asked about the dairy content in certain pastries due to allergies, the young lady at the counter responded sarcastically and with a bad attitude. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment if you are vegan or have any allergies. I will not be returning to purchase food there again, as I refuse to support a business with such disrespectful employees. This individual's behavior reflects poorly on the entire business.

The mini Quiche Lorraine and Egg custard tart at this restaurant were delicious, both sweet and savory. The staff was incredibly friendly. I can't wait to visit again next June.

We ordered takeout curry on December 27th. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed as our previous meal from this restaurant had been excellent. The dishes were very oily and of poor quality, with vegetables that were carelessly prepared. The only exception was one curry dish. I wonder if this was due to staffing issues after the Christmas break. As a result, we are now hesitant to use this takeout service again.

Very nice bakery. There’s a vast choice of cakes, pork pies, sandwiches and breads available to buy. The staff were very polite and helpful. I’ll be back very soon
